Travel directions to the property

From the New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS):

Zostel Delhi is a 5-min walk. Take the exit towards Paharganj (Gate 3) and walk towards Sadar Bazar. Then, take the underpass and walk straight up to Bloom Rooms. In 20-30 meters, take a left on Arakashan road. Zostel Delhi is just 20 m from this intersection.

If you’re getting down at any other railway station or the ISBT bus stand, hiring a tuk-tuk is the best way to reach Zostel Delhi; fares are as follows:

Old Delhi Railway Station (DLI)- 4 km, ~INR 80-120; Nizammudin Railway Station (NZM)- 10 km, ~INR 130-150; ISBT Bus Stand- 4.6 km, ~INR 100-140.

From IGI Airport:

17 km, 45 mins, ~INR 500 for a cab to Zostel Delhi. Alternately, board the Airport Express Metro (orange line) from IGI Terminal 3 and follow the instructions below.

Taking the Delhi Metro:

The nearest metro station to Zostel Delhi is “New Delhi” on the yellow line, 3 km from the hostel. Exit the station from gate 4 and take an auto (~INR 50-100) or walk (950 m, 12 min) to Zostel Delhi.

- Guests are typically required to make a 21% advance payment at the time of the booking (unless otherwise specified for certain periods). For reservations made with a partial advance payment, the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at the property during check-in.

- Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.

- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs from Delhi and NCR constituent areas shall be accepted at the time of check-in due to restrictions imposed by the local authorities.

- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.

- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

- Drug and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.

- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
